Notarial Acts (WA State Maximums)

$15 per notarial act (per signature requiring notarization)

Mobile Travel Fees

$25 flat travel fee (up to 10 miles round trip)

$0.70 per mile beyond 10 miles (round trip)

Travel fees are not required by law, are separate from notarial fees, and are disclosed and agreed to in advance.

Payment Methods

At this time, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Apple Pay

  • Zelle

  • Cash

Credit Card Processing Fee

When payment is made using a credit card or digital wallet that processes as a credit card, a processing fee may apply. This fee reflects the cost charged by the payment processor and is not a notary fee.

  • Processing fees are disclosed prior to payment

  • Processing fees do not exceed the actual cost charged by the payment processor

  • Debit and prepaid cards are not subject to processing fees

Clients may choose an alternative payment method to avoid processing fees.

Identification Required

All signers and witnesses must present current, valid government-issued photo identification. No exceptions.
